There is always room for improvement.

Do I wish it ran better, always.

Is it the worst tournament I have been to,even in the past 6 months ? Not even close .

Their are many components required in running a good tournament, but the main component is volunters. So , when a tournaments is not up to expectations, you'll know the volunter base is short handed, You can either chose to help remedy the problem by voluntering , sit back and enjoy or complain .
While your complaint is justifiable, your helping could elliminate such complaints in the future.

This was the Stockdale Coaches first tournament. There is a learning curve .I know they will put on a fine tournament next year .
.

KCWA encourages all parents who like to see tournaments run smothly to volunteer . Nexrt time your at a KCWA tournament, go ask Sandy ( Assoc Director ) what you can do to help.. If you never come back . sorry we lost you . .

This weekend we have our annual Coyotec Classic tournament. This tournament runs from 400-560 kids each of the past 3 years.( last year being 560 ) this tournament has finished by 4:30 pm ithe past 3 years . Thiis happens because the tournament host has a good number of parent volunteers
There will be complasnts, some will be trivial and some legit. Even though we strive to be perfect, we are only as good as our volunters, and to those volunters we are grateful. We all owe them our gratitude..

Most of our clubs have this kind of parental support, . Next year Stockdale ,will have that support.
