Seeding: Wednesday evening (October 5). Entries received after this meeting (7 pm) will not be seeded.



Tentative Schedule: WI – Friday (7th) 6-8 pm Wrestling starts Saturday (8th) 8 am (Sunday if needed)

MEDICAL INFORMATION: Athletes must submit to a skin disease screening prior to weigh-in. The chief medical officer has full authority without appeal in determining the eligibility of an athlete to compete. In the event of injury or illness, no contestant will be permitted to continue the competition without approval of the Chief Medical Officer, whose decision is final and not subject to appeal.



FORMAT: Double Elimination (every wrestler will get two matches) – Referee decisions final. All protests to be directed to tournament directors. All age protests must be made before final match of first day of wrestling for that particular age group. Birth certificates must be available if requested by tournament directors.

World Challenge is known for the exhibition challenge matches that go down in the back room. My guys have payed their dues and had to sink or swim in that back room. Ask them yourselves my rule when attending World Challenge. They will all say 1) Get exhibitions 2) We don't leave till you get whooped. In all my times out there the hawks get plenty of both. HAHAHA See you there.

250 kids registered as of now....... talking with buch and clovis coaches we expect another 40 wrestlers between the two. De La Salle/CYC is registering 20 kids this week. along with Wrestling Prep another 15..... expecting 400 plus


Early registration deadline is closing then it cost more to wrestle after that...... Get em registed.

Hey Ian I went ahead and signed up Cpag on the scway.org website just now. Can you please advise me if this is the acceptable website for this tournament? Also question for Big Ernie, when you sign up for tournaments on the scway.org website how do you change level of competition from 14-16 to the high school elite for my son.

Ian went ahead and registered Cpag up for this coming weekend. When is deadline for weight change? Announcement advised that it would be 10-08-11 @ 8pm which is day of tournament. Anyhow we look foward to coming up this weekend and competing with some great wrestlers.

pre seeds come out tomorrow and brackets are finalized friday night by 9pm and up on track for athletes and parents to verify and text me with issues--at midnight there are no more changes. Coach Shaw, and I will be together so text he or myself and will confirm your good to go.
