Folkstyle Wrestling Tournament
DATE: Sunday November 20th, 2011
SITE: Liberty High School, 850 2nd St. Brentwood, CA 94513
WEIGH INS: 7:00-8:00AM Sunday Morning on site ONLY
WRESTLING STARTS: 9:00AM
FORMAT:
1. 6 Full-sized mats in the same gym.
2. Age Groups: Rookie, Bantam, Intermediate, Novice and Schoolboy based on 2011-12 USA wrestling age groups
3. Round Robin format—wrestlers will be placed in pools of four to six by weight.
4. Each wrestler will wrestle every person in his or her pool.
5. Referees are high school wrestlers.
6. $10 Entry fee for all wrestlers, $5 late fee (after 8am)
You WILL need a 2011-2012 USA Athlete card and proof of age (i.e. birth certificate, driver’s
license, passport) in order to compete at this tournament and all of the California State
Tournaments. You can only buy your USA cards on-line.

Please note that ALL USA Athlete cards can only be purchased or renewed online.
ALL USA Coach’s Cards MUST be purchased or renewed online. All coaches will also need to
submit to a background check as part of the process when purchasing your coach’s card.
