Yes they are taking into account that kids are moving up and down or at least trying but it is a very difficult to keep up. Meaning if a kid goes down to 108 for a tournament on sat. but then wrestles 115 on the following wednesday dual the kid would remain at 108. I have no doubt there are changes still to be made but again keeping up with all the moving around is almost impossible.

All i know is that I would not want to have to do this every couple weeks! besides the top tier guys it seems like everyone is beating everyone! Cant wait till divisionals!

Lots? I'm sure TCW message boards would be lighting up if it was LOTS.

This is the kind of info that Stock would want in order to make our rankings more accurate. However, I have learned long ago that just because wrestler X beats wrestler O it does not automatically give the right for wrestler X to take his place on the list. Total body of work is more important. It does become more meaningful if X is honorable mention and beats O who has a number by his name. But to take a kid who beats a stud one time and move him way up the old totem pole makes no sense.

Since Ryan has been doing these, I would guess that about 75-80% of his Top 8 wrestlers are the wrestlers that end up representing the Central Section at the State Championships. Mark this post and we will take a sample after the Masters.

As an example, #10 Basilio Gutierrez (138) went down to 132 and didn't place in an average field. He's also lost to #13 Ayala (GH) multiple times.

Very good rankings. I see some weights have expanded to accomodate additional information. (106-15 ranked,113-17 ranked,etc..)
I would venture to guess that the (+-)20% error would have to do with formulation.
(126-top 9=Y,145-top 10...9=Y,170-top 11=Y,220-top 12...11=Y)
