Springview Middle SchoolHotel Information!
http://placertourism.com/event/2012W...ng_MeatGrinderCoaches,
I would like to get out as much information as possible for the Roseville Meat Grinder. The Middle School TOC Qualifier will begin at noon on the 19th. Weigh inns are available on Sat the 18th from 5pm -8pm at Buljan Middle School or on Sunday Morning from 8-10:30. The cost is $15.
We will also run a beginners tournament beginning at 8AM for all Rookies, Bantam, Intermediate and Novice Divisions. But here is the catch, all beginners must be pre-registered via email to Orangecrushwrestling@yahoo.com by Wed. We will publish brackets, identify issues, if not enough kids, you will be given a choice to go in the main draw or wrestle extra practice matches. The object of beginners brackets are to get the kids who have wrestled less than 25 matches (equal competition). If you wish, you can place a kid in the beginners and weigh him in for the varsity if you want more matches.
All varsity Bantam, Intermediates, Novice will weigh in from 6:30 -8:00 and begin wrestling at 10:00 am to a conclusion. We will use matside pairing, it worked well at Antelope.
As for expected conduct, we seen a lot of crazy parent/coach confrontations, we have taken the expense to provide qualified and certified NCOA wrestling officials. We at Orange Crush feel that our kids deserve to have real officials and we have asked numerous clubs to travel 2 hours or more to come to our event. There will be no 14 year old ref, so please conduct yourselves accordingly we do not want undesirable situations at our event. There will be a lot of out of town participation, so lets all put our best foot forward.
