FROSH-SOPH. DUALS
Limited to the first 10 teams to pay the entry fee
DATE - SATURDAY, December 15, 2012 @ Washington Intermediate School
FORMAT - 10 team rotational on 4 mats
*Each team will have five duals and one bye
*Teams will be divided into two pools of 5
*Teams will then cross bracket for the trophy round
WEIGH-INS - 7:00am in the weight room (C.I.F. weights)
Rosters will be turned in at weigh-ins (You may weigh-in more than
one wrestler per weight class and change up your line-up for each dual.) - Please try to bring a full team and even extras to put on teams without a full lineup!
WRESTLING - 9:00am until 5:00pm
MATCHES - full 2 minute periods
ROSTERS - To be turned in at weigh-ins
AWARDS - Trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams
ENTRY FEE - $300 Make checks payable to Dinuba Wrestling
FOOD - Snack Bar will be available all day
(Two lunch tickets per team will be provided for coaches)
TRAINER - A trainer and training room will be available
