Mr Lawson, Maybe you can clarify is there a usa and scway event at the same location on the 5th? are they in each of 2 gyms?

It has happened twice in a month where people hosting USA tournaments have lost the use of their gyms (Villa Park and now North Torrance). Out of benevolence and love of wrestling both El Dorado and Valencia (which are exactly 1 mile apart) and both have two gyms which hold 12 mats have allowed my iligitimate brother Scott (SCWA USA Wrestling Vice-President) to crash our tournaments. It is not the new normal and it was not intended---it was being helpful. SCWA and USA Wrestling should be thankful that G-rod and I are so benevolent. I am not trying to compete with USA Wrestling (if I were I would offer freestyle and Greco-Roman each week like some people want), just provide a different opportunity that is folkstyle based and much smaller.

Unfortunately, there will be no tournament at Rosemead High School on the 5th. We had some issues with paperwork and were not able to get all of the necessary approvals. Our apologies about this. Our kids club will be at the Valencia High School tournament.
