Roseville Summer Bash (August 4th and 5th) will have Open Divsion again

I have received a couple of emails from open wrestlers. Yes, we will have an open division again and it looks like we will have a handful of CA and NV state placers & champs attending.

Attached is the flyer for the events on Saturday and Sunday.

In an effort to prevent too many walk-ups on Sunday, we are in the process having an on-line regstration. We will likely have an "early bird registration" and give a discount as well. This will also enable us to get all the pools set early and prevent any delays. Details to be posted soon.

We will post discounted hotel information in the coming days.

Clinicians for Saturday's clinic will also be posted soon.

Attached is the updatged flier for this year's tournament.

We've added a pre-registration page to the website. Wrestlers are encouraged to register on-line as it will help us start the tournaments on time. We are giving a $10 discount to those who register for all three events (clinic, takedown tourney and folkystyle tourney) on line before Friday at 6pm. Those who register on line will still need to weigh in (see flier for times), but your registration paperwork will already be completed for you. Please remember to include first and last name, date of birth and approximate weight when registering online. Clinicians for the Saturday's clinic have been confirmed and include:
• Vlad Dombrowski, 2008 CA State Champion, 2x JC State Finalist
• Joey Davis, 2x CA State Champion, Flo National Champion
• Justin Woltz, head coach Corcoran HS, 2x State Freestyle Champion
There will also be several other state champions and placers assisting the three primary clinicians.

Based on verbal and online commitments, this will be a very nice weekend for wrestlers of all ages. The open tournament is shaping up to be really tough!
