Nov. 20th, Registration & Weigh-in’s - 3:00-4:00PM Wrestling Starts @ 5:00PM Where: Justin-Siena High School, 4026 Maher St, Napa, CA. 94558 Fee: $8.00 per wrestler or $150.00 per team Make checks payable to Justin-Siena Wrestling Details: Weight Pool, 8 wrestler brackets (separate boys & girls), Double elimination, Folkstyle event Medals for 1st, 2nd & 3rd, Team trophy Middle Schoolers (6th, 7th & 8th grades, exceptions for younger on request) run on 2 mats Singlets, wrestling shoes & headguards preferred but not required Free admission to public Snack stand will be Open during event, including Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream! Scrimmage Match Night ... February 17, 2010
Springstowne and Napa Sheriff's Wrestling Club Are Seeking Female Competitors for their match night on February 17, 2010 at Springstowne Middle School...wrestling begins at 4:30 PM.

Thanks for the pub on the forum all season. I'll see you tomorrow at MS State as I finally get to attend an event at Springstowne. My schedule is finally clear. "Cookie" Madsen sometimes trains w/ our PAL team, so I'll be rooting for her tomorrow. Tell Camille, Ajina, Brenda, & Sammy that I wish them good fortune as well. Great job Coach.

Central Valley Classic Tournaments Feb 16, 17
Feb. 16 - Central Valley Classic Boy’s & Girl’s Middle School Tournament – This year there is a Varsity, Girl’s & Novice Tournament. Top 3 Varsity placers are Nor-Cal TOC qualifiers. This is a premier Central Valley Tournament. See attachment for more info.
Feb. 17 – Central Valley Classic USA Kids Folkstyle Tournament – See attachment for more info. Both of these tournaments will be great tune ups for the Nor-Cal TOC and the USA Kids Folkstyle State Tournament.
